Searching for Publications and Products
You may search for IMF publications and products by using the "Search" boxes or you may use the "Browse by..." feature to browse for publications and products by topic, region, country, title, author, category, and language. All our product pages contain information on the availability of products in different formats and languages versions. These product variations are presented in a matrix table on each product page. If a product is available in a different format or language, the matrix will show the word "Yes" against the particular format or language.
If you are looking for specific publications and reports, or publications by a specific author, the best way to search for these is to enter the title of the publication or the name of the author in the "Search" boxes.
Electronic (PDF) Publications and Products
Electronic formats of our publications and products will be sent to you via e-mail. In order to enable us to send you the e-mail containing the link to PDFs, we will need to have a valid e-mail address during the checkout process. If you have problems downloading and viewing PDF products sent to you via e-mail, start by making sure you have the proper software installed. To view PDF products, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Visit www.adobe.com to download and install the free Adobe Reader software on your computer.
Placing an Order
We ship orders worldwide. In addition to ordering books through our Web site, you can place an order by phone, fax, or mail. Contact details are available on our Contact Us page.
When you find a book of interest, simply click the "Add to Cart" button to place the book in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout to finalize your order. Some products shown with a $0.00 price may be subject to a shipping and handling charge.
The IMF e-Bookstore accepts payment only through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club). Transactions are converted to US dollars upon deposit. If alternative payment options are required, please contact our Customer Service Department.
The IMF accepts returns for products that have been unopened and unused or if there has been a problem with the order. Claims for missing or damaged publications will be honored up to six months from initial delivery date. Software seals should not be broken.
Costs incurred for the return shipping of all publications is the responsibility of the customer except in those situations where a shipping error has been identified. Please contact our Customer Service Department for returns or if there has been a problem with your shipment.
